Here is a comic showing life from the Cambrian period of history, which was 541-485.4 million years ago. These are all real creatures that lived at that time. I illustrated the scyphozoan life cycle as a metaphor, and because it's just so fucking cool. The next comic will have some creatures from the Ordovician period, so we'll be moving pretty quickly through the evolutionary timeline of life on Magic Scienceland.
